Kryvyi Rih on the map

Kryvyi Rih is a Ukrainian city located in the southeast of the country. Its population is more than 560 thousand people, thanks to which Kryvyi Rih is one of the largest cities in the country. It is also considered the longest settlement in all of Europe, with a length of 67 km from north to south.

The reservoirs located on the territory of Krivoy Rog create the basins of the Ingulets and Saksagan rivers.

The city is geographically divided into 7 districts. They are separated from each other and have excellent infrastructure and industrial facilities. Kryvyi Rih is surrounded by mines where iron ore is mined.

During the Great Patriotic War, many enterprises and factories were evacuated to the Urals. Therefore, in the post-war years, they had to be rebuilt. At the moment, there are quite a number of industrial enterprises in the territory of the settlement.
